Reading and bored

So I was reading online today. I went to babycenter.com and found an entire line of easily accessible organic/earth friendly products for baby and mother. I found an organic breastfeeding bra, obviously organic clothing, g diapers, cleaning materials, mattresses, and toys. Can I just tell you that I found an organic asparagus toy for a baby. How cute is that!? I mean how many kids have a toy asparagus or toy eggplant. I'm totally registering for them! :)

Jess and I found out about G diapers from another blog posting. We have done lots of research about them since discovering their existence. They seem like a complete compromise for those couples where one wants to use cloth diapers and one wants to use disposable diapers. I think I may create some cloth inserts for them so that it will be even more earth friendly.

I am also planning on cooking my own baby food or using Beechnut food, depending on time and effectiveness of the cooking process for nutritional value.

It's just an exciting new adventure trying to conceive and then thinking about all the possible ways to raise the future children. I will continue to look for more ideas of how to be a better earth mama!

Hey Mopo! Just came over from FF! (Tiff from ChroniclesofConception) First comment - woo!! Just wanted to say kudos to you for trying to go completely organic. I think it's awesome. I'm doing my best at that...it's an ongoing journey. Have heard great things about gdiapers too. We are going to be using those, or KUSHIES. Check em out!! Ps. Adding you to my blogroll if that's cool!

hey. I have wordpress, so it's not exactly the same...but I think you would go to your options and click on LINKS or BLOGROLL and then ADD LINKS..... you usually type a blog name and then you would copy my url and paste it into the url space.

Hope that helps! Blogger would probably also have a HELP section or FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS. Good luck!

Organic products are essentially earth-friendly, sustainable and natural, not only in its entity but in production mode. Which makes safer and healthier.
